My company recently switched to Yardi Voyager about a month before I started the job. 

In your case I would recommend trying out deal machine, land glide, or the driving for dollars app.

This is the most dangerous part because you then invite others into your ship to come along for the ride and you don’t notice the other ships led by experienced captains coming into harbor because you are too busy touting your horn of successful voyages.

I think the only other software that handles commercial well would be Yardi Voyager.

Perhaps you won't like all of what is explained in the beginning of your voyage, but with experience under your belt when you look back at it, that 'ah ha' moment will surely occur.

Patrick Milia i thinks that it could me a issue on a double close because you have a mortgage involved, has it been a cash deal it would work well as a double close, Regarding recording the contract, that could definitely be done I'm not sure about PA but I'd discuss it with my attorney beforehand just too make sure that all moving parts should glide smoothly.

If you want to really spend some money I recommend the 12" Bosch Axial Glide.
