Is Voyager a specific version that better suits our needs? 

Your best bet is between Yardi Voyager and AppFolio. 

Your 50yo self will thank you for setting up a financially comfortable glide path into retirement. 

The good news is I can only assume that at this point in your life, like me, you don't need the "home run" anymore and hopefully are enjoying the glide path. 

Big-ticket items with a visible fuse—roof, HVAC, parking, elevators—should be pre-funded on a glide path so you’re not relying on last-minute calls.

The store behind the first Voyage was awesome and how they couldn't even sell the product because after 6 years at sea, because it was as black as a witches heart and tasted like coal.  

I feel we on an excellent glide path in our Accounting Department, but it has taken some time.Again, thank you for sharing your story.
