My credit scores, rents, even listing with above market rents, what photos come first, it's all with intelligent design that is far FAR deeper than "this 1 system told me this rent price so I will regurgitate that out there".

And there are so many scummy slimeballs everywhere selling their "courses" that don't take the real world into account because of their lack of experience or just plain fraudulent morality where they know anything sells if its hyped enough.  95% of the "courses" are rubbish and are just regurgitated material than anyone with a bit of reading or experience knows already.

BTW, this is my review not a regurgitation of some advertisement from them.So the question is, until I can get a good and reliable team of people in place that can execute the deals for me, Would a low purchase price turn-key property in a Class-A neighborhood that cash flows $150-$200 with lower CAPX, Vacancy, and MX costs really be such a bad idea?
