To be honest, 95% of the information in most popular real estate books is regurgitated info you will here everywhere else as well. 

It would be a waste of time to have to regurgitate everything, share my advice, and then wait for the Landlord to give me a thumbs-up.What is gained?

And there are so many scummy slimeballs everywhere selling their "courses" that don't take the real world into account because of their lack of experience or just plain fraudulent morality where they know anything sells if its hyped enough.  95% of the "courses" are rubbish and are just regurgitated material than anyone with a bit of reading or experience knows already. 

You can’t just regurgitate someone else’s book or course. and u need capital   Risk capital and or access to it.     

They think we-the-people are too dumb to see through there BS, and in large part there right, those chugging from the Kool-Aid-Bowl are too brainwashed to think for selves and see any of it, there just regurgitating talking points without an iota of self-thought.       

Not saying I won’t buy the program, but if its just regurgitated from the free short videos he offers and the Assisted Living Network podcast, why spend money for the same stuff?

With so many pumping fear for profit, persons consuming such and regurgitating, is it possible for facts and reality to defeat the propaganda? 

They then take that #, add on there profit margin, and regurgitate it back to you in a sales contract.     

It's a political speaking point directed to be regurgitated so politicians don't have to speak of actual true "why" to rents. 

And they are taking the old stories being regurgitated from 2nd, 4th, 17th hand retelling.
