The beach is private, so the community avoids overcrowding, and families can comfortably remain distant from others while relaxing.  

I'm not so sure that someone who can go to work for less than 8 hours, doesn't have hospital rounds and can go home and actually relax or have real off time is worth 800K a year in a low cost of living environment as our area.

And it is a great place to have a more relaxed type of lifestyle and less expensive overall so I am a very well move there in the future especially as a retirement option.

Your husband could then commute in relative comfort and use the commute time on the train for podcasts, reading, relaxing.

I stay on top of MB-> AB for revenue real estate but maybe one day I’ll be old(er) & fat(ter) and relaxing in the Okanagen.
