Okay. we have too many sofa experts who like to pretend that they are the attorneys and that they do not see a 5 ton elephant in a 400sq ft room. 

So I actually went ahead to one of those (there are MANY websites) and they do not even pretending because their websites says "AVOID PAYING ANY PET FEES" and "FLY WITH YOUR PET WITHOUT HASSLE" and "5 MINUTES TO TURN A PET INTO AN EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL GURANTEED!!!"

I will not pretend this was a pure aberration of capricious fate, that there were zero indications beforehand that racist white trash that hates Jews, black people, and immigrants has a widespread presence in my area.

If you don't include all the actual and projected costs, it's just "pretending" that there's cash flow.

I'm not going to pretend that profiteering doesn't exist nor isn't a problem, but CA isn't solving any problems with their current legislation hopefully OR is doing better.All of the grants CA is pledging for low income housing just allows developers to create non profits, force cities to let them build monstrous apartment complexes, hold them for a few years and then sell them to a for profit entity for a depressed value based on the limited income.
