Needed a little motivation to get back on the horse.

Super deal . . . and then we started to get the financing and found out that putting the cart before the horse was not the way to go. 

The best way to describe them is that they are like miniature horse trailers about half as long with a trailer hitch at one end and wheels in and under the front.

I'm running a business here, not a charity' kinda puts the cart before the horse. 

I also read someone posting how agents come on their high horse, then run off to convince their client to buy an overpriced home so they can make a higher commission.

Long time ago, when horses were tied up at the saloon, I was in the insurance business, an agent for Metropolitan, then Prudential.

I just want to make sure my money is backing the right horse for my location.

Again I am not a lawyer but my view of the ADA rules is that they do not include ESA animals, cats (or any animal other than dogs and miniature horses) and that most posters have not looked into what ADA states.  

So the lease ends up saying things like "you can't keep horses in the bathroom" and stuff like that.

It needs to be fenced and cross-fenced cause we got horses.
