Hello Bigger Pockets,My name is Kyle Henry and I am from the thriving metropolis of Bryson City, NC (approx. population of 1500), which is located about an hour southwest of Asheville, NC at the foot of the beautiful Great Smoky Mtn.

But I need to learn first I am interested in learning about fix and flips as well as buy and holds, my short term goals are to learn the ins and outs of real estate investing to build a better future for my family, and to also revive communities and make them thrive again.Im looking for realtors, contractors/handymen, lenders and potential partners to connect with.

I know some people thrive on college niches and I do hope to get into that someday but as of right now, I don't think I can spare the headaches for dealing with student tenants.
