We did not specify regarding trampoline in the contract, however we have clause "House furniture, cloth furniture and children’s toys are not permitted to be left out on a porch or in a yard at the end of a day."

Banks were renting spaces to get business back in the 20s, hence commercial, and they rented to clothing, shaving, and shine boutiques and whoever else wanted to pay for a space.Some banks will treat anything over a single-family home as a type of commercial property as you are technically renting space as commercially defined.

They don’t keep commemorative plates and collectible spoons, but they keep clothes, kayaks, bikes, Christmas decorations, old computers, instruments, tools, etc.
