We're on our second rehab in a desert (ground is dirt & sand not grass) and there's got to be a more time efficient way to "clean up the dirt" then me crawling around on my hands and knees sifting through sand for 2 weeks.Please tell me all your hacks for 'cleaning up the dirt'!

They usually wait until they have a spear in the back (a burning issue they want help with) and then they sift through a couple websites until they find someone who seems like a good fit.I think a better way is to interview 5-7.

In any event, there are a lot of options to sift through on the internet so just try and find someone who seems to offer the most transparency and sets thorough expectations up front.
