I don’t have automation, but we use QBO My wife is the automation lol Seriously though, I actually like reviewing transactions, we learn so much more about what’s happening behind the “financial scenes”. 

However, recent developments have raised concerns within the organization.Notably, some of their staff members have departed due to issues related to the work environment and behind-the-scenes ethics.

You shared a great behind the scenes scenario which makes soo much sense and i can see this becoming an annual situation.

As @Sterling Williams mentioned, it would be greatly beneficial to take the time to visit and tour the multifamily scene before acquiring.

I agree with Carolyn that MTR is a pretty safe pivot if the numbers work for you since the STR scene is still a little unclear.
