I worked for a company that managed about 200 apartments in urban areas and have dealt with evictions, bad tenants, police raids, sewage backups personally (fun stories), but I've never owned myself so I'm trying to be thoughtful about tiptoeing in. 

In 2019 three of the biggest ones were raided.

I am hoping the BP founders did not give permission to have the member emails raided without member permission.I am sure just because it is know to be well received if someone gives people a gift to improve relationships, you wouldn't want anybody come into your house and drop stuff off without your permission to enter.Could be I am too old to be ok with the idea of acting without permission

An example:  North Africans spent hundreds of years raiding villages in the Mediterranean, capturing and enslaving southern Europeans. 

I bet that by the time you’re ready to buy something you’ll figure out how to close the deal without raiding your IRA too...

You don't have to sell your car, raid your kids college fund, sell your house, still get to go out to eat on Friday night with your family, etc. 

It could be a great deed that allows him to make changes in his life, or maybe he does not want to change and this could be a nightmare for you, when officers break in the front door to do a drug raid on your rental.

Cops raiding the place does not usually happen in a RE venture gone bad..
