Regeneron has a major presence here and the nanotech scene has potential, although I haven't been seeing as much growth in this area as I'd like.

I mean the tenants just move out and leave the dog like that.. its one reason I just cant handle the landlord scene anymore. 

And maybe that extra money is more than enough to cover the super deep cleaning cost.The bar down in San Diego where the "singing to her scene" from Top Gun was filmed has crap all over the walls attesting to that, and the drinks are more expensive.

The last guy I know who did this spent 10 months living in a car chasing his business dreams because he resented the 9 to 5 job scene... but it's your life, I guess.Good luck!

Well since I only invest locally I rely on local knowledge, the business section of the local newspaper, talking to commercial RE brokers that always know what's happening with new developments and the business scene.

How ironic of the timing of how this China Wuhan COVID-19 came on on the scene in December and China downplayed the news of it in January, then did an internet blackout on all reporting.
