My background included Construction 20 plus years ago, Military service in Naval Aviation, Truck Body Industry Management, and my current source of income managing a Mobility company that converts vehicles with physical challenges to drive with safety and comfort.

Not tied to these markets so any suggestions are more than welcome these are just the ones I have researched to date.I also know I need a solid property management company.I graduated from the University of Colorado a while ago and work in Aviation in the Denver area.

I hope to get into aviation and own my own plane in the near future.

 I am an aircraft mechanic and in aviation we have an acronym that goes like this K.I.S.S. 

this is my Aviation partners business up in Oregon city  relevantbuildings.com/check it out his are all approved in Oregon .. but these are not cheap park model MH from MH manufacturers.. he has units on display his yard is between Canby and OC on hwy 99  on the river side of the road.. 

If anyone needs advice on anything to do with aviation (low flying planes, aircraft noise issues, etc) let me know, that's my speciality!!

I have gained enough points to fly first class anywhere in the world for free  ( last year was Singapore an Thailand) ( 14k was what it would have cost for 2 tickets round trip)   and get free hotel for 10 to 15 days.. ( 2 years ago 10 days at the Hilton Waikaloa all for FREE.. simply by being loyal to the brand.I think that is the business man perspective..Not sure how many other road warriors like myself are on BP.. but I fly right at 60 to 70k miles a year and that does not include my private aviation up and down the west coast.So for me personally to save a few bucks and get no perks doing an air Bnb or vrbo in a BUSINESS setting just has zero appeal..I am sure I am in the VAST minority here..And if you have your company paying for it.. they will put you were they are going to put you.

To give you a little background on myself, I have a BS in Business Administration and am currently working as an active, licensed CPA for Aviation Capital Group (aircraft lessor in south Orange County).

On the civilian side I work in the Social Work field, and with Aviation plus my rental properties, I have potential to do very well.

We do have strength in a couple of industries, including aviation, agriculture/bioscience, and finance/fin tech.
