Am I the only one who likes hearing someone acknowledge another with "Yes Sir or Yes Ma'am"?

Good.What we are  trying to get you to acknowledge is that it is possible for a policy to be non-discriminatory in statement and intent but discriminatory in effect. 

When your tenant communicates with you, at least acknowledge their communication so they know they've been heard.
