I gently disagree.

The greater Chicago market, while seeing movement, is still saturated with product and sales take time.

If it is just one person being stupid I will gently subdue them.

@Chris Skala When investing in a self-directed IRA you have a 3rd party intermediary handle the actual cash payments and movement of money between vendors, tenants and any other needs that arise.  

One negotiating tactic if you don't get price movement might be to have them bring the property up to the level of the competition. 

My point is that I have little to offer regarding the movement from single to multi, but I will say this...I LOVE multi's. 

But, for a decade @Joshua Dorkin did what needed to be done, and much of it wasn't sexy...When that $35,000 Model III comes out, it'll be a vertical parabolic movement in market share for Tesla.

Nothing could be farther from the truth.i say put them in their place gently and carry a big stick lol.we all face the difficulties of being taken seriously.

I imagine people who dig the tiny home movement may want to rent for a while to see if they really like it before making the leap.

I recommend looking into the fire movement in order to determine if financial independence and retiring early are really what you’re looking for.
