In my former occupation as a stocks and options trader there was plenty of cash flow to do this.  

As for me, I'm not overly materialistic or greedy but I do believe in profit and entrepreneurialism and business as well as labor.

Most of us arent greedy ogers.

I generally advise investors to not be so greedy about the rate now and think about an exit strategy in the near future.

One of the biggest oil traders of the world got wiped out in Singapore a couple years go. 

The issue has nothing to do with any "greedy folks who jacked up prices".  

Contrast with stocks or mutual funds where you more or less park your money and wait (unless you're a day trader).

You could say I am one of those greedy people. 

Another trend that I read is that .... these two decades really makes Baby Boomers very rich, but most of them, rather than giving it to the next generation (Milleneal of Gen Z), they would take it all for themselves LOL LOL so greedy haha....It means lot of senior housing required .
