Sorry, but there's just too much evidence that those Post Cards hit the circular file without getting read.

My thought is that I DON'T want my post cards getting caught up in with the new circulars?

I didn't take it after looking at their circular and spending about 2 months considering it (along with help from SCORE and other advisors).

They were angry people before they got your letter, angry enough to call you, they are going to be angry after they call you.I bet they call target and yell at them for the circular they send out too.We are sending 80,000 mailers a month. 

These alone can add up or stack up quickly to evaporate those thin margins I was speaking of a few moments ago.Probably the biggest mistake I see newer investors (and even not so newer investors) make over and over again in this market is trying to jam a square shaped object into a circular hole.

I have decades in the food business before getting into commercial real estate.The offering circular has you keeping a minimum of 100 employees per location on staff.

Then a good carpenter friend of mine cut a board to size (somehow ripping it to make it the same height as the other flooring using only my circular saw!)
