Last December in a meeting with landlords, the program director, Nicholas Calace, publicly acknowledged the lower rent valuations.

The agent is willing to work with me and offered to pay our agent a referral fee but that they would need to be in the deal someway since it was their opportunity - which I honestly understand and would not try to snatch from them.I was concerned with the pros and cons with either route - direct or through an agent.

I'm hoping they get a good director in place who wants to serve their customers (tenants who need safe houszing) and their vendors supplying that need (landlords) and operate an efficient and successful program serving our community. 

I did take out a criminal warrant against the female as she was the one with the steadier employment.

The hotels pay OK, but not enough for a lender to approve a loan on a $1m house unless you are a director or GM.My point here is that the desire for real estate in Hawaii is stronger than most other markets.  

Their sales director, Tyler Fenn, and their chief executive Mark, for whom this outfit refuses to provide a last name, are negligent and contemptuous in the extreme.
