Looking for advice on how to really calculate my return on equity on my rentals and if/what kind of program I can use to run different scenarios on investments to maximize the return on that equity.

That depends . . . do you need the motivation putting money on the line might bring? 

I was thinking more on the lines of building equity in one rental at a time at an accelerated rate or in all rentals.

If one is in Canada, they would have to use Canadian QuickBooks version, and so on. 

I have seen points added week of for rehab loans and on the conventional side pre-approvals given that blow up during underwriting.

Most of what I find online is people listing companies to avoid, not ones to work with.Also, if anyone has advice on what areas have strong rental demand?

Not an employee that is worried about getting out early to beat traffic on the way home.  

I’m mainly focused on securing the best option for my trapped equity.
