Government promised......

Often times there are charitable or government organizations that will pay rent for a month or two to help people get on their feet.  

Assuming the government reopens this week, we'll get October CPI and jobless claims data this Thursday, and PPI, retail sales, and business inventories Friday.

I expect prices to continue to escalate in the area.Approximately 25% of the cost of a new home goes to the government.  

I’m grateful for all the awnsers and advice I’ve been given.As for the land, Maria is right with spanish bureaucracy and that can be troubling sometimes.Nothenless, being a bedroom city (we call it like this here, 30 min from an important city), government usually promote this developments.In our specific case, we already have a network of business can do the labour, and we are exploring financing options.

Then the housing market will crash,  all of the home owners will lose equity, the government will bail out the banks and that will be paid for by the American taxpayers
