Great to find nice used artwork at these places.Although do not ignore Goodwill for basic stuff like dishware, glassware, counter appliances, etc.....You'd be amazed at what people drop off there when they're moving in a hurry.

Hi all, My eviction attorney told me something interesting: that if I send a tenant a lease renewal with a rent increase, the renewal must also include a notice to vacate — otherwise it’s not legally valid and is basically worthless.The reason I’m confused is because the official lease software I use (which is supposed to generate legally compliant leases) does not include any notice to vacate when preparing a rent increase renewal.

As a general rule, the lower the down payment, a person invest on the buy then the easier it is for them to walk away from the property, especially if it will not show up negatively on their credit.A person would definitely have to tweak his program/teaching for their local setting. as others have said this is not a new concept. however, he did seem to package what he’s doing in his location in a way that I think can be understood.

We put up signs suggesting opening the windows when using the fireplace for fresh air, but that whole concept scared the crap out of me.I found paper ashes and matches in the fireplaces when they had push-button start, so that also concerned me.I found what I think was melted marshmallow on the logs, so that concerned me.Long story short, I would go electric.

You email some questions about lease end dates they never respond, basic info they should already know or easily be able to get from the seller.
