I would have the ducts cleaned, furnace/AC system cleaned as much as possible, change the filter, and then run an ozone machine with fans set up to circulate the air for 48 hours.

I ran into something similar with a flip that had an oil burner, and the oil soot was circulating in the house due to a bad burner.

@Victoria Jonagan Beyond the obvious of listing with an agent on the mls, try the little free apartment guide circulations that you find at restaurants and newspaper stands.

While it costs little more money than your traditional plumbing, it can be beneficial in ways that your hot water will always stay warm and it keeps the water circulating with warm water, thus keeping your pipes warm.

A very common issue is the circulator pump (if its a hot water system which it seems to be).

@Shaun Palmer appreciate all the resPonses, didn’t expect this much feedback but thanks to everyone...So it is a 50 gallon electric water tank but is being used as an indirect holding tank off the boiler with a circulator...
