I'm a new agent and still think like a regular guy, a costumer.

Matt Romano right now from the mls is almost impossible to get a good deal, I am a letter carrier and talking to one of my costumer about buying one of his house off market so I might get a deal.

It does NOT hold you back as an investor in anyway unless you are purposely looking to lie and deceive your clients/costumers.

I am mainly an artist/ costume designer, it has been my passion since as long as I can remember.

However I also want to reinvest that mo way into my business to gain more costumers and continue growing.

Often contractors do this when they have plenty of costumers and on't need to be desperate for work.

run your business as if you are the best business out there, as if you are successful absolutely not hungry for deals, not desperate at all, as if you are doing your costumers a favor allowing them to entertain you.Bandit signs make you look desperate and hungry.starving for leads.
