Product or life cycle times have steadily sped up over the last 200 years.  

To your point, the "boom" being over but rules changing is what most of the rest of the country have experienced years ago, I think AC was just behind. 

I was speaking at a RIA event in LA one time and I asked the audiance about 100 folks who did private lending over half the room raised their hands.. just have to go to these events and keep networking easy to find someone.

Balance these costs against the amount of education / knowledge you received by investing in the Turnkey Property.Ask yourself, with the same baseline of knowledge you had before the Turnkey Investment - would you do it again?

I am not done in the MI area I am investing in now but, over time, I would want to repeat a similar set up in other areas to diversity geographically too.
