You do have to deal with some tire-kickers, but we’ve locked down solid tenants there too.Oodle.com – Not flashy, but it still pulls in rental traffic, especially in secondary markets.Nextdoor – Hyper-local and hit-or-miss, but worth a free post—especially if the home is in a nice neighborhood.Mid-Term / Furnished Rental ChannelsYou mentioned Furnished Finder already, which is huge for traveling nurses.
