As a general rule, the lower the down payment, a person invest on the buy then the easier it is for them to walk away from the property, especially if it will not show up negatively on their credit.A person would definitely have to tweak his program/teaching for their local setting. as others have said this is not a new concept. however, he did seem to package what he’s doing in his location in a way that I think can be understood.
