A little about us, we do Commercial/Residential Decks and Patio Covers, Kitchen and Bath Remodel, Renovations, Additions and more. 

We recently received approved permits / drawings, which has resulted in scope increases (e.g. masonry, deck repair, framing) and cost over-runs by 20-25%.

I kind of expected (hoped) the majority of lawsuits would not be tenant against landlord for injury...although we did have a second story deck collapse here, I belive on a rental unit.  

Other renovations include changing the wood floor and waterproofing the over garage deck and fix the leaks on the roof.

I would go out and sell home improvements , doors , windows , roofs and decks . ( Great commissions ) After a year or 2, I would be right back in the game . 

I looked at their Houston Fourplex presentation deck and it appears that the Southpark project is almost the same in terms of building design etc (the interior pictures of the fourplexes are exactly the same).I too am considering investing in their Southpark fourplexes so would definitely appreciate people sharing their thoughts and investment experiences.   

You may not get all the payments but it's better than getting zero, which is likely what you will get if you wait.Do you have the pitch deck from the update call?
