@Gaya Ben SimonThe classic methods of this era to start generating off-market leads are the cold calling/texting combo, which revolve around extracting data from services like PropStream, ListSource, etc...Skip tracing them and then cold calling/texting them with the endless amount of scripts that circulate this industry.

Nothing against you but, after everybody is on the site long enough as Ryan Dossey yes, I know this is the kinda BS that makes my blood boil.

I get asked by the "noob" agents and people how they can get to my level of achievement, know what I know, get to my position and I tell them it's simple, dedicate 20 years of of their life to focused learning and education, blood sweet and tears, and they'll be an overnight success 20 years in the making. 

That's always worked for us, but in the instance of a short sale, you can't get blood from a stone. 

Time to Bad Blood some of these "lenders" and "gurus".
