If you are not planning on renewing them I would not accept a pet. 

If it’s still crickets after 7–10 days, change one variable at a time: photos, headline, concessions, or pet policy; if leads come in but don’t convert, it’s condition-to-rent gap, not marketing.

My pet county starts tomorrow morning and time to redeem ends in about 30 minutes  there are 400 items last I checked.. its a big one.. the one I really wanted got redeemed yesterday thoughIn the old days we would be a player for probably 50 to 75 of these going.. now I just cherry pick if I can 

I already absorb the 3% fee now, so if they change me to the single fee model, I will increase everything (daily rate, cleaning, pet fee) by 14.8%, which I understand will net me the same as before the change.   

What works for a single guy with no wife, kids, or pets is going to be completely different than someone who has any of those. 

Something that is pet and kid friendly, doesn't sag in a year or two and is aesthetically pleasing.I have a month until i go live so can wait a few weeks for the right piece.
