I recommend using the same bank that you use for your personal.It is convenient being able to have one log in for both your personal and rental accounts.It is easier to transfer money between both accounts.it is also easier to know that you can just go to one bank brance(if needed) to get everything done.Best of luck!

No system is perfect, but I don't think anyone knows yield investing better for STR than they do.In response to the use of local realtors, when you use STR Search they connect you with a local realtor who crushes STR in that market.
