At this point, if you teach a VA how to use AI efficiently, you can automate your STR/MTR business within a few months.

Your choice to use it may be a factor here.

Or are other areas that may be higher entry costs (which we'd have to use financing) a better idea? 

We can ask them to do so but all they have to do is present the document to us, they do not have to use another service.

I recommend using the same bank that you use for your personal.It is convenient being able to have one log in for both your personal and rental accounts.It is easier to transfer money between both accounts.it is also easier to know that you can just go to one bank brance(if needed) to get everything done.Best of luck!

@Tom Zachman welcome to the forums, sounds like you will have a bunch of great value to add here to some other like minded trades investors. 

No system is perfect, but I don't think anyone knows yield investing better for STR than they do.In response to the use of local realtors, when you use STR Search they connect you with a local realtor who crushes STR in that market.
