I’m 15 minutes from downtown Saint Louis Missouri, less than two minutes from a highway, in the county, decent school district, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a gas station within walking distance—it’s a great location. 

I’ve worked with many military buyers who purchased a 1–4 unit property here in Pensacola while stationed at NAS, and then used their VA eligibility again 8–9 months later to buy another home in Milton or Corpus Christi.The VA loan is a powerful benefit, especially when relocation is part of the job.
