Do the homes have genuine hardwood floors, or some high quality synthetic, that looks like wood in the photos.

However, I did opt for the GAF Synthetic roofing felt and lifetime shingles.  

@Robert HernandezR22 doesnt scare me...usually means I can buy the unit cheaper, and now they have the synthetic freon you can use instead of costly R22.

The ban on purchasing large amounts of synthetic ephedrine, only slowed them down enough to find out the ways to buy bulk, usually through a first aid suppliers for major businesses.

If it doubles the price, its probably not.I don't think anyone will disagree that solid hardwood looks best, then engineered (which looks just like solid unless you look close), then laminate, and then pergo (synthetic laminates.)
