Similar to yellow letters sent to owners to see if they want to sell, you could send letters to see if they are wanting to add or change PM.

@Isaiah Moore I am a big advocate for a professional letter versus a yellow notepad letter or, in your case, a white notepad letter.

Now, confidence surveys are historically not great indicators, but this is definitely at yellow alert levels.
