Self managing a VR is easy let me know if you want to go that route I’m happy to teach you.

It would be great for VR for larger groups.

Does anyone have any tips for rentIng out your home while away on vacation? I am wondering how to deal with personal items like clothes, food, and anything else you might have tips/advice on. Thanks

The question I have for all of you STR, VR, Vacation Rental investors, would it be better for us to furnish the house or let someone buy it at a lower price, and them buy their own furnishings? 

I'm actually on the consumer side of VRBO at the moment and certainly appreciate the quality of folks that use it to promote their VR.

I don't know the Michigan VR market, but have you checked directly with local VR owners and property managers?

I don't really know the stats on VR, but, in looking at various sites, I have seen homes that rent out for very tidy sums by the week in the coastal areas of Orange County, enough in fact that if kept full during the summer season, it would very often cover the mortgage for the year, and then rented monthly in the off season, meaning such properties could very well provide cash flow opportunities 

The neighbors got a good laugh im sure.Just did a clean out from a squatter and found more porn than I thought was possible to fit in that little building.
