I sure know what you mean about those runs to the hardware store adding up.What would you have done different?

With my REI business I am still making a living with estimating.When it comes to putting my wallet on the line, I am using either bids from contractors or my experience to determine pricing.  

Door hardware that stands out a bit (nice keypad front door has the added advantage of allowing access for showing).

I once found someone's wallet and ID in north linden and drove down to 22nd ave to return it.

I would change it as there is some damage on the end and it isn't hidden by anything.With just painted cabinets, new hardware and a new counter top; I think it would look quite nice. 

They are minimal, the previous owner owned a hardware store close by and has kept everything updated and has updated carpets, paint, doors, bathroom flooring, etc.

To many cut corners, didnt clean rooms, didnt get pro photos, no hardware on kitchen cabinets, didnt pay for stainless appliances.  

There is also no corner store, corner pub or local hardware store or any of the other places we used to frequent and our kids got their first jobs.

It is a nice warm white that goes with our alpine oak doors and brass hardware and golden 90's oak cabinets.I love SW Pure White because it's about as clean white as you can get without getting cold.
