About 63% of people here have a 4 year degree and 25% have a Masters or Doctorate degree and there wasn't nearly as much supply because we have limited room to expand and it's a higher income economy where people can carry their mortgage if they lose their job.As the recovery started to kick off, a few years in, as housing prices increased here, I predicted condo's would suddenly start to go up much faster in price because they are a substitute good.
