I’ve worked in the construction industry for 15 years now and I can tell you this career path is a golden ticket. 5-10 years down the road you can start your own business.

@Jay Hinrichs casually mentions golden nuggets like placing an extra washer/dryer in your master closet, or painting your copper pipes white so they look like plastic to fool the thieves. 

@Jennifer S.i do follow our rich journey who are crushing it with the amount of subscibers. they did not follow the golden visa program but another way to settle full time in Lisbon.

House building blocks that were $20,000 30 yrs ago are now $350,000 i am wondering whether your politicians will create this golden period in the USA as well.

But very smart Scum decamp to Portugal while the golden visa was still in play ( I am guessing) know they cant get sued there and just continue to do their thing on U tube and still market properties in the US making fee's illegally just like they did before..

If you have other liquid assets like stocks, IRA’s, Insurance ect then it’s a golden opportunity IMO assuming you have underwritten the deal, the area, and believe it will stay at least where it’s at or appreciate and you can rent it easily.
