Striking a balance between price and rentability definitely seems like an important factor I’ll need to consider.

Some folk go for dark (black) which can look striking but it screams "rental unit" in my book. 

The problem is that realtors are not a united front so they will never strike against zillow because they need zillow as well to showcase their properties to a large group of potential buyers. 

This listing doesn't strike me as in the same company as properties that have gone for $200k+ over asking.

Don't let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game!

It strikes me that having the right partners is crucial- there is nothing like the moral support of like-minded individuals to keep going when the going gets tough!

Usually when companies pay for housing, they give the money to the employees and then the employees find a suitable place to live, so this strikes me as very odd. 

It's clear your dead set on an apocalyptic forecast, talking about food strikes at 50% reduction to property values, mass unemployment of 35million and on and on.

It always strikes me as odd that everyone harps on and on about speculating with negative cashflow, but don't blink an eye about speculating in markets with sustained negative appreciation.

Since I'm an agent, I would probably start from our sales template but strike out the restriction on assignments, of course.
