If they arise,  then strike.

Next You strike as a person that does little research on anything nor do you are receptive to sound advice.

There have been some posts on social media about a rent strike- particularly targeting one of the big companies since a lot of folks don't have warm fuzzy feelings about the guy that owns it- but that does not seem to be gaining much support.  

Whether they rehab, wholesale, or buy retail, you can locate properties for these investors by simply striking up a conversation, building that relationship, and getting their business card.

And, frankly, I wonder if some of these folks who get a bunch of property seemingly overnight don't have paranoia, fear, anxiety, and live with the very real possibility of bankruptcy if things outside of their control happen in the market or a couple of pieces of bad luck strike.

Is it just me, or does it strike anyone else as odd how a handful of people with only a few posts on BP between them showed up at the same time on this months-old post to give non-specific accolades for the program in question. 

Was there a lightening strike as the electrician suggested that burned out the components, I don't know.  

Attend your local REI meetings and beyond that start striking up conversation with every new person you meet and simply ask them if they own any property they are trying to get rid of or if they know anyone else trying to get rid of property.

Also, some desperate sellers want to know that once they strike a deal with you, they no longer have to worry about getting rid of their house.

What strikes me straight away about this site is the positive and relaxed vibe.
