Like Indy has about 5k of them 1000 of them sold by Morris :) Invest. this is why real estate is so regional.. in our areas on the west coast an extreme hoarder house is the only target for demo .. and then the lots underneath them instead of have negative value like many of these rust belt cities are worth anywhere from 100k to 500k just for the dirt..
