Under the sink in the bathroom if they have put all kinds of crazy stuff or it is still draining slow then taking off the ( clean out ) connector usually fixes the issue and get the hairpins and other plastic stuff they thought would make it down the drain out.

It was very thin solid wood and the drawer bottoms were coated in plastic laminate or something.

I slid a small plastic flower pot over them, but I ended up taking it off because I didn't know if plastic over them can worsen a fire risk, even though the wires are coated in plastic themselves?

The property has great amenities including central heat and air, pet friendly, washer/dryer, great backyard + patio, an upgraded kitchen and bathroom, and upscale furnishings. 

(No plastic parts like a bathroom fan.) other than that go with quiet (so they’ll use it.) and wide range of CFM (low/slow/quiet to leave on and ignore.
