Official policy.A few utilities use load limiters, but you generally have to agree to a repayment schedule during the process of getting one and have to actually make an effort to fulfil your commitment to keep it.Despite an operational practice of not disconnecting during winter, SaskPower's Terms of Service indicates they reserve the right to suspend service to any customer for a variety of reasons inclusive of financial arrears.
