Cameron himself told us that it was their policy not to wire unless B-C docs are signed and money in escrow.Things to think about:After going through the experience of this transaction, it would have been helpful if Cameron and his staff had disclosed to us that their bank has a cutoff time of 2 PM (Eastern time that is – so that would be 11 AM for you West Coasters!)

We had vendors coming after hours, working until 9 PM to finish work (at no premium/extra charge), got the pest control crew out to clean up the ant situation 24 hours prior to our first guest arriving, had our cleaner obsessively coming by to sweep up dead ants, just an absolute sprint and roller coaster of emotions to the finish line.But those first booked felt so good!
