The wife and husband that own it (big one) too we’re screaming at me because I told them I would leave a bad review given all this and especially if they done waive the contact break fee.Dan Hays, the CEO definitely has a great talk, but doesn’t walk the talk and it’s unfortunate that their business is build on conflict of interest in every way from a maintenance, they keep pet rent and he was giving me a whole speech as to why I should have pets.Anyway, I would not recommend Real Property Management Solutions for those of you in Portland and I think their business is based on ripping their customers off.Long story short I wish it was 10 or even 20% for me.Out of the contract but they cost me 10k and not sure if tennant will be paying.

David C. How to become a private money lender
9 August 2022 | 12 replies
Every dime we lend comes from either our hard-earned after-tax or retirement (SD401k) money. When we’re at a real estate club, which is where we find almost all our borrowers and are asked what we do, our elevator pitch is, “We loan our own money to local, experienced, house flippers toward their properties in Los Angeles and North Orange County.”At a top level, and hopefully actionable, here is our process in 10 easy steps …1) You’ll need to spend some time with a good lending attorney.

Erin Auman Feeling a little discouraged
3 July 2019 | 68 replies
@Erin Auman I have many perceived fears that I know probably really dont exist and some that need to be overcome thru training.. for example: fear of an impromptu public speech ,fear of deep waters (a legit fear) ,fear of making a big financial mistake etc...but I have been watching lots of youtube videos, motivational speeches and just showing up and taking tiny consistent steps towards the goal seems to be a good compromise between not taking any action action at all.
