Of course, if this person is a family member or very close friend that may be different...their judgement may be clouded...but in reality, they should not be giving you money to play with if you have nothing of value to bring to the Real Estate business..........

I've always lived by the notion, if you reach for the stars and don't make it, you'll at least be among the clouds.

We're tired of messing with them though and having to repeatedly chase rent.

The attorney might keep you from incurring a huge tax liability, future probate expenses, or a cloud on the title.

I allowed my aggravation at the "shoulder-shruggers" to cloud my strategy.

I think financial freedom is a misnomer in this business, like chasing a cloud in the sky.
