If I could've predict the future a year ago, I would've started a trampoline company, a pool company, became a bicycle distributor and bought 10,000 bikes renting a warehouse, put all my 401K money into Netflix, started a toilet paper company, oh... and I would've purchased a couple hundred single family properties.

I believe that man invented the bicycle so he didn't have to walk and that man invented the internal combustion engine so he didn't have to pedal.
