It might sound scary at first but if you are looking to cashflow look out of state where the numbers make a lot more sense and you also won't get caught holding the bag on a vacancy one month thats over 3k just to profit a couple hundred monthly.

If I try to bake CC cookies with a bag of bolt's, yeah it's not gonna come out right, GIGO, the correct recipe must be followed. 

Still a Californian or newbie on BP will be convinced it has great cash flow and be the next bag holder unfortunately.

Just smile, and say  "thanks for the concern"... and know you got this in the bag.   

A neighbor joked that my paycheck should be direct deposited to Lowe's because I was forever coming home with bags and bags of stuff from there.Just think of the stuff that's breaking as good stories to be told later. :)

Cashflow is still weaker, but you can bag $500,000 or more of equity building out a Kirkland lot with that strategy. 

Once designated, there is a slim to no chance to develop on it (with slim's bags packed). 

My strategy has always been to buy opportunistically and I will continue to do so.I don't know what will happen, but I assure you it will not be a replica of '08Generals(Soldiers, etc.) always fight (prepare to fight, are condemnedto fight) the last war.
