I would like to say I would take the moral high road and not buy from people who illegally use bandit signs but if I had a great deal in front of me I'm not sure I wouldn't look the other way.

Absolutely its the perfect world however buying sub2 for a lot of investors is their only solution and its hard for me to argue that they don't have the legal moral and ethical right to enter into a sub2 deal if they can't take down the property.As long as all ramifications are agreed to I'm fine with the risk.
