He might be (probably is) thinking you will not fulfill your promise to buy. 

They may be fine in their comfort zone, and knock an idea when deep down they know they are not fulfilling their potential 

However, during our working relationship, which was literary for 4 months, I found that Alpha engaged in dishonest practices and failed to fulfill their commitments.

Mobile home parks, self storage, medical centers, grocery-anchored strip malls, fulfillment warehouses, etc. -- there are a lot of good options for continuing to invest in commercial during a recession!

There is clearly a class in those country who is working very hard to sell the doom, that wants the public as fearful and panicking as possible, because that way it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Now add internet and connectivity because as much as one can live without it perception is that one can-not, and there is societal truths to that.
