I am attempting to lay out my financial path to semi-retirement (i.e. leaving my current w2 for something less time consuming/more enjoyable) within 10 years or less.I can identify my family's spending now and what I project after semi-retirement, which I have done for the most part BUT that part of working backward and laying out milestones to achieve x number of properties or cash flow or equity, all the while maintaining a proper amount of contribution in my workplace retirement plan and other tax adv/def approaches.I imagine i'd need a tax resource and a financial advisory resource, both of whom are knowledgeable on the notion of 1) real estate and 2) retirement planning before traditional age.

The furnishings are high end, separate entrance, etc and would attract a wealthier tenant.

Had a large dirt pile on it and someone had dug some dirt from the entrance, leveling the entrance.7.  50% of all the storage for the town was in a location 4 miles out of town on a highway all by itself.

In NYC area is it possible make sure you buy near the subway trains and make sure the tenants have enough money or income to pay the rent sometimes the tenant can bother you and stay rent free for 6 months to 1 year in your property until you get them evicted ,so you need to be careful while house hacking in NYC area the other advantage is you can split the basement into 2 parts with 2 entrances then you can collect more rent making it easier to pay  the mortgage
